Christian from Heaven Sent
Christian Johnson, Catering/Sales manager. Christian has infinite patience and listens to your needs - tell him your dreams and he will find a way to make them come true. He will help you make choices for your wedding or your company Christmas party or your High School Prom, choices which you will be very proud and happy with. Christian joined our team in 2007 but can tell a few stories about Lachlan as a college student ... Meet Christian Johnson.

Chef Tina Luu from Heaven Sent Chef Tina Luu, Executive Pastry Chef is tiny of body - huge of mind! Our love affair with Chef Tina Luu can be compared to a Jane Austen novel, with twists and turns, and true love thwarted by uncertainty and intrigue. But, like the novels, all's well that ends well, and Chef Tina Luu is now the creative mind in charge of, and behind, the tempting delicacies of Heaven Sent. Meet Chef Tina Luu

Lachlan Oliver from Heaven Sent Lachlan Oliver, CEO is the steel trap mind with the soft heart of a puppy dog, and owner of Heaven Sent Desserts. He gets to have all the fun, meeting important people (like Beyonce and Ken Burns and the Mayor), coming to work when he wants to (usually to let the early shift in) and leaving when he wants to (too often when everyone has left for the night because that's when there are no interruptions). Thankfully, his military background as a medic in the Air Force was an unexpected but wonderful training for developing and running a dessert restaurant. Meet Lachlan Oliver.
